- Some provisions of the updated regulations do not conflict with international regulations
- Preserving the rights of travelers
- Preserving the interests of air carriers to make the Saudi civil aviation environment attractive
Output:
- A new executive regulation to protect the rights of customers in Arabic
- A new executive regulation to protect the rights of customers in English
- A visual presentation in sign language of the provisions and articles of the new executive regulations to protect the rights of customers
- An explanatory memorandum for the provisions of the draft new regulations
- The necessary legal responses to close complaints based on the provisions and articles of the executive regulations to protect customers’ rights
- Providing workshops and training for the authority and airports staff, with a number of up to (1000) employees
