About The Project
OBJECTIVE:
The project aims to develop and restructure technical and vocational training programs in line with the needs and requirements of the labour market . This will be achieved through the development and implementation of a methodology for redesigning training programs by developing appropriate solutions based on:
- Assessment of employment rates for recent years documented in official statistical data of the Saudi labor market
- Analyzing the quality of program outputs
- Assess the quality and consistency of technical and vocational training programs by developing or creating appropriate solutions for relevant training programs, to meets the needs and requirements of the labor market
Output:
- Analyze employment rates
- Analyze available employment opportunities
- Evaluation of employment rates for the last years documented in official Saudi labor market statistics.
- Analyze the quality of program outcomes.
- Methodology for developing and restructuring training programs in line with the labor market
- Restructuring and developing technical and vocational programs
- Developing a technical platform for recruitment tracking processes
