About The Project
OBJECTIVE:
- Reviewing the transformation program for the technology & digital transformation sector in the ministry, in addition to the transformation program for cybersecurity through studies and re-evaluation of initiatives, and evaluating priorities based on impact and cost, as well as studying intersections & aspects of integration to develop a comprehensive master plan.
- Building a mechanism for periodic operational reports on achievement in implementing initiatives & achieving goals
- Developing a detailed operational plan for various aspects (capacity building and acquiring competencies, pure operational aspects…)
- Building sub-plans for each department in the technology sector according to templates and a unified methodology (six departments: applications, infrastructure, planning, cybersecurity, communications…)
- Developing and improving the organizational structure of the departments L4, L5.
- Developing a change management plan and overseeing its implementation at the force level in relation to technical and digital transformation.
Output:
- The comprehensive operational plan at the level of the technology sector and digital transformation
- Operational plans for departments of the technology and digital transformation sector
- Completion and follow-up reports
- Change management and communication plans
