About The Project
OBJECTIVE:
- This project mainly aims to come up with the following:
- A guide to the procedures necessary to implement the Kingdom’s obligations in the agreements referred to in accordance with the existing regulatory guide of the Authority.
- Proposing a list of policies be issued to implement commitments.
- Review the methodologies prepared by the sector and put forward proposals
Output:
- Assess the current status of the Maritime Authority in implementing the obligations stipulated in the agreements.
- A guide to the procedures necessary to implement the Kingdom’s obligations in the agreements referred to in accordance with the existing regulatory guide of the Authority.
- International comparison of policies issued by the Maritime Authority and proposing a list of policies to be issued to implement obligations.
- Review the methodologies prepared by the sector and put forward proposals.
- Procedures guide for implementing each methodology and the associated authorities matrix.
