- Development and documentation of working procedures and matrix of powers for the logistics services agency and its departments
- Development and documentation of working procedures and righteousness matrix for its enabling agency and departments
- Development and documentation of the working procedures and the righteousness matrix of the Support Services Agency and its departments
Output:
Methodology of value chain development and procedures and modelling them according to standard reference frameworks Guides to future actions Modelled actions on the selected technical tool.
